Dimitra Villa is a new facility in the center of Sarti, Halkidiki. The villa is just 100 meters to the 3 km long ’Blue Flag’ beach of Sarti and about 20 meters to the lively center square. Dimitra Villa offers you the perfect combination of convenience and quiet since it is located in a neighborhood with only private houses.

The family villa has 2 triple studios and 1 double studio. Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, air conditioner, WC/shower, TV, WiFi internet, and a balcony or patio. A triple and double studio share one balcony which is ideal for friends travelling together. A cot can also be added to a triple studio allowing room for 4 persons.

The yard of Dimitra Villa allows the guests to relax and prepare a meal on the barbecue. There is plenty of parking on site. The villa is also open all year. Come and experience authentic Greek hospitality that will make you want to return year after year.
